A Dunkin Donuts employee has revealed the biggest pet peeves she has against drive-thru customers.
Keosha Kraze took to TikTok to share a series of videos with her 65,700 followers about her gripes.
She blasted customers who treat her as though she is 'stupid' as well as those who interrupt or do not turn off their windscreen wipers - to name just a few of her grievances.

In the first clip, which has been viewed more than 2.4 million times, Keosha can be seen sitting in her uniform as she films from inside her car.
She begins: 'Just a little few things that make my a** itch about working fast food.
'Don't be in the comments talking about, "oh, well, why don't you get another job?"
'I don't want another job, baby. I like this one right here. And I'm staying right here.'
The content creator then launched into her list of grievances: 'Number one, when it's raining, can y'all turn the windshield wipers off? I can't swim.'
She then blasted customers who hold their phones up near the window without giving clear instruction to the servers.
'Is it Apple Pay? Are you trying to scan your app?
'Do you want my phone number What do you want? Can we use our words please?' she urged.
She blasted customers who treat her as though she is 'stupid' as well as those who interrupt or do not turn off their windscreen wipers - to name just a few of her grievances

Keosha continued: 'How y'all gonna get mad at us because you made your own order wrong? I'm not the one who placed the mobile order...
'Knowing that the whole drive through line is wrapped around the entire city - exaggerating but legit - and you get to the window and you ask "can I add something?"'
She also criticized customers who treated her like she was 'stupid' as well as those who do not fully unwind their windows.
But Keosha did not stop there as she released a further two videos about her complaints following the widespread interest.
Her next insight started by expressing her frustration at customers who point to the items they want rather than telling her the name of it.
'Please use your eyes to read so you can use your mouth to speak,' she urged.

She then hit out at customers who ask for items that are not on the menu, those who rush to pick up their order the 'split second' it comes through and ones that interrupt or do not offer friendly greetings.
And her final installment was equally as telling.
'I'm speaking for every single establishment that got a mobile order,' the employee began.
'When you come through and you say you got a mobile order, baby, put a name on it. What's the name?
'Oh, I got a mobile order, okay? So does Sharon, Karen, Lauren, Sydney. Who else? What's your name?'
She added: 'I'm going to need y'all to be a little less indecisive whenever you in a busy drive through.

Her light-hearted series was flooded with comments from other fast food workers who seemed to agree with the sentiments
'Not only did this lady ask 50 million questions about the munchkins, the sizes, the prices and everything.
'And when I tell you, we spit fire and gave everything. Price after tax, what kind, how many, just for her to say, "oh, I think I'll just grab the coffee today."'

Another added: 'As someone who worked drive thru I feel this to my soul.'
